1、應(yīng)用

 化工機(jī)械、核工業(yè)、造船、鍋爐制造等行業(yè)，大量使用的壓力容器、管道、構(gòu)件和閥門(mén)等，很多是用奧氏體不銹鋼及雙相不銹鋼等材料焊接制成的。通常情況下，裝載不同介質(zhì)的不銹鋼容器的焊接，要求控制不同的δ鐵素體含量。因?yàn)?，從焊接?裂紋敏感性)角度，要求其含量大于5%為好，從抗腐蝕性能角度， 在一般介質(zhì)中δ鐵素體含量大于 8%為好；但在諸如尿素之類(lèi)介質(zhì)中，以小于 0.5%為好；從機(jī)械性能角度，特別是在中、高溫下工作的焊縫，以小于 5%為宜， 否則將產(chǎn)生西格瑪相脆化。目前雙相不銹鋼在工程上得到廣泛的應(yīng)用，其焊縫的δ鐵素體含量要求在 30~60%之間。因此，奧氏體不銹鋼焊接生產(chǎn)和科研工作中，均需方便而準(zhǔn)確地控制和測(cè)量焊縫或熔敷金屬以及復(fù)層焊縫的δ鐵素體的含量。  

   SP10a 型鐵素體儀為準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量焊縫的δ鐵素體含量提供了便利，測(cè)量結(jié)果符合*標(biāo)準(zhǔn) GB/T1954-2008，國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ISO-8249-2000 及美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ANSI/AWS 4.2-1997中關(guān)于鐵素體測(cè)量?jī)x器的規(guī)定。

2、特點(diǎn)

 LCD 點(diǎn)陣顯示，中英文菜單操作。

 同屏顯示測(cè)量值及統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果：*值 Max、*小值 Min、平均值 Men、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差 Svq。

 兩種測(cè)量單位可選，FN 為鐵素體數(shù)， Fe%為鐵素體百分含量。

 二種測(cè)量模式 SAVE，FREE,，滿(mǎn)足相應(yīng)的測(cè)量需要。

 無(wú)損測(cè)量，簡(jiǎn)單易用。

本儀器主要針對(duì)奧氏體不銹鋼及雙相不銹鋼焊縫中δ鐵素體含量的測(cè)量，其測(cè)量參數(shù)為：

1. Preface

   In the chemical industry the stress-bearing members of containers，pipes，reactor vessels and other plant are usually made of austenitic steel or duplex steel or cladding of austenitic chromium-nickel steel．The residual ferrite content must be within a specific range compatible with the mechanical strength requirements or the item concerned．

  The SP10a was developed to facilitate accurate ferrite content measurements on welded seams and cladding items. It gives results that match for the standards of GB/T1954-2008、ISO 8249 and ANSI/AWS A4.2.

2. Feature

3. Technical data

  The meter is mainly used for the determination of the ferrite content of welded austenitic steel or Duplex or cladding of austenitic chromium-nickel steel weld.
